Leader: Jarret and Jennifer Hamilton
We have embraced mission in the neighborhood of Summerlyn where God has planted us. It is our desire to engage with our neighbors in a way that communicates God's great love for them. We do this through spending time being present and accessible, opening our home and table for meals and relationships, throwing neighborhood parties and get-togethers, and asking the Holy Spirit to reveal other ways He desires us to be used. We purposefully learn more about God through studying His Word and listening to the Holy Spirit.
Leaders: Jeremy and Erin Morin
We are living the mission in the neighborhood where God has planted us! From informal get-togethers such as hanging around the fire pit, game nights, street parties and book clubs. We also serve one another, inviting people into our homes and around our tables. Creating environments for our families to build relationships with other families is so important. Our main goal is to meet people where they are and create a foundation of trust that will carry into lasting relationships that show the love of Christ.
Leaders: Chad & Jennifer West
We desire to live out God’s plan for our lives on a daily basis not only in our marriage and the raising of our children but also in our workplaces and our neighborhood. God uses ordinary people to accomplish the extraordinary! It is our hope that God will work through us and the connections we make with other families living in Portofino to do great things. We are excited for what God has in store for our community, whether through studying His word, having meals together, or serving those in need.
“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:15
