Downtown Clayton Food

When: Sunday morning at 10:00
Where: Meet in the lobby at Generation Church.
Details: Delivering meals and feeding members of the community. Good opportnity for families with children of all ages.

Johnston County Special Needs Registry

When: TBD
Where: Meet in the lobby at Generation Church.
Details: The Registry is set up for families of special needs children/adults who are in need of supplies (diapers, wipes and medical supplies) that are not paid for by the state or covered by insurance. We will be delivering supplies to a single mother in Smithfield for her special needs son as well as collecting these supplies to deliver to The Registry.

Firehouse Meal

When: Saturday from 4:00 - 7:00
Where: Cleveland Fire Department (9039 Cleveland Rd., Clayton 27520)
Details: Serving dinner to the local firemen and EMS personnel. Family friendly!

House of Hope

When: Saturday morning at 9:00
Where: 408 Covered Bridge Rd., Clayton
Details: Interior and exterior help for the house! Familiy friendly for older children.

Clayton/Smithfield Labor & Delivery Units

When: Sunday morning at 9:30
Where: Meet at Generation Church and travel to Johnston County hospitals
Details: Assemble and deliver baskets to Labor & Delivery staff and nurses in recognition of "Infant Loss Awareness" month.

Smithfield Rescue Mission

When: Sunday morning at 10:00
Where: 523 Glenn St., Smithfield, NC
Details: We will be helping them rearrange furniture in a couple of their buildings they use for discipleship and healing. We will also be serving meals to their residents and emergency shelter guests.

I See You Ministries Camp Ground

When: Saturday morning from 8:00 - 12:00
Where: Meet at Harris Teeter in Flowers Plantation
Details: The men will be doing a workday finishing a camp building and cutting a trail. Guys should bring gloves and bug spray. If you have the following available please bring: chain saws, axes, power tools for construction.

Meals to Firemen and their Families

When: Sunday at 12:30pm
Where: Archer Lodge Fire Department
Details: Great opportunity for families to gather around a table, build relationships and share a meal with local firemen and their families. We will all pitch in to provide food, drinks, plasticware, plates, cups and napkins.

Fall Fest - Summerlyn Neighborhood

When: Saturday from 1:00 - 5:00
Where: East Clayton Community Park
Details: Fall themed celebration geared towards families. Pumpkin carving contest, games, trunk or treat, face painting, and more! Good opportunity for families with children of all ages.

CHHS Grounds Beautification

When: Sunday morning at 9:00
Where: Corinth Holders High School (6875 Applewhite Road., Wendell 27591)
Details: We will be rejuvenating the main flower bed on campus around the flag pole. This will help build school pride and make it a place that looks inviting and welcoming. Everyone will pitch in together to provide shovels, gloves, soil and flowers. Kid’s welcome.

"Called to Peace" Home Repair

Details: Assist victims of domestic violence with home upkeep and repairs. Family friendly for older children!

Creations for a Purpose

When: Saturday from 5:00 - 8:00pm
Where: 111 Kenilworth St. from 5-7; Bryan Center from 7-8pm
Details: Assemble crafts, organize games and activities, and visit the residents of the Bryan Center. Very good family opportunity for all ages and abilities!
